- Merchandise must be unwashed, unused and unworn.
- Merchandise must be in the original packaging.
- Orders containing promotional merchandise and sales items are final sale and are non-refundable. This includes bundles & packs.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- An order # as well as an email address or phone number from the original order must be provided with your return. If you do not have that information, then you will be prompted for additional information (e.g. the gift giver's first & last name, email address, etc.).
- Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from delivery date.
- We can only accept gift returns for items purchased directly on the Nomadix.co website.
If your return does not meet the conditions listed in the return policy, then the return will be denied and the item(s) will be donated. We recommend including your name and order number in the return package in case the label is damaged during transit.
