Care
All of our products are easy to care for! The following instructions can be found on the hang tag of each product.
Care Instructions:
Wash with like colors before first use. Machine wash on cold with like colors. Hang to dry or tumble dry on low setting.
Eco-friendly tip:
Since Nomadix towels are quick-drying, bacteria that normally causes strong odors doesn’t have time to form! This means you can wash less frequently (unless heavily soiled). Make sure to hang dry to save energy!

Contact us at hello@nomadix.co within 30 minutes of placing your order to process a cancellation. Cancellations are not guaranteed and can only be made during business hours Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm PST. We cannot cancel orders for you on Saturday or Sunday.

We offer free standard shipping within the contiguous U.S on orders over $75.
Orders are processed and shipped Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm PT (excluding holidays). Please keep in mind that it can take 1-2 business days to process an order. Once shipped, standard orders will arrive within 3-4 business days & expedited orders will arrive within 1-2 business days.

Yes, you can! Choose expedited shipping at checkout. Order must be received before 10am PST to ship the same day as placed (on business days only). Once you’ve placed your order we are unable to expedite it.

Sustainability
We produce in our own solar-powered factory in China which we visit on a regular basis to ensure standards are being met.
Yes! Our products are certified by Global Recycle Standard.
All of our products are made from post-consumer recycled plastics.
The full-sized Original Towel, fitness Mini Towel, Changing Poncho and Poncho Towel are made from 90%+ recycled MicroTerry material.
The Ultralight Towel, Bandana Towel and Festival Blanket are both made from 100% recycled MicroSuede material.
Our compostable bags can be placed in your compost!
Our cardboard shipping boxes are recyclable in the majority of residential curbside recycling bins. If your local recycling program does not accept this type of material, you can find a drop-off location near you HERE.

Yes—we typically have one sale per year around Black Friday/Cyber Monday. Please note that we do not offer price adjustments to purchases made before or after sales events.

- Purchases on holiday promotions and sales are non-refundable.
- Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
- Shipping and handling charges and sales tax are non-refundable.
- Order # must be provided with your return.
- Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from purchase date.
