Care
All of our products are easy to care for! The following instructions can be found on the hang tag of each product.
Care Instructions:
Wash with like colors before first use. Machine wash on cold with like colors. Hang to dry or tumble dry on low setting.
Eco-friendly tip:
Since Nomadix towels are quick-drying, bacteria that normally causes strong odors doesn’t have time to form! This means you can wash less frequently (unless heavily soiled). Make sure to hang dry to save energy!

While we do not have retail stores yet, you can use the store locator HERE to find a shop in the U.S. near you. Please note that inventory may vary and we do not have a real-time view of inventory at each store. We recommend calling ahead to ensure they have the item(s) you are looking for.
Shipping
We offer free standard shipping within the contiguous U.S on orders over $75. Order subtotal must be $75 or more to receive free shipping. Please note that since gift cards are electronically sent, they do not count towards the free shipping minimum.
Once shipped, standard orders will arrive within 7 business days and expedited orders will arrive within 3 business days. During times of high order volume (holidays, promos and peak seasons), carriers may experience delayed or missing shipment scans while in transit. This may affect or change the estimated delivery date. Please check your tracking number for updates.

Yes! You can choose expedited shipping at checkout. All orders require an extra 1-2 business days to process. Once shipped, expedited orders will arrive within 3 business days. If expedited shipping is not listed at checkout, then it may not currently be available to your location. If you do not choose the expedited option at checkout, we are not able to update to faster shipping once an order has been submitted.

Changes to a shipping address are not guaranteed; however, please email us at hello@nomadix.co as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been fulfilled, we will not be able to make any changes. Nomadix is not responsible for wrongful deliveries if the address is entered incorrectly at checkout.

Sustainability
We partner with a factory in China that only produces Nomadix products.

Our compostable bags can be placed in your compost!
Our cardboard shipping boxes are recyclable in the majority of residential curbside recycling bins. If your local recycling program does not accept this type of material, you can find a drop-off location near you

Nomadix joined the growing movement of brands achieving the Climate Neutral Certified standard by measuring our 2021 greenhouse gas emissions, purchasing eligible verified carbon credits to offset that footprint, and implementing plans to reduce emissions next year and beyond. In 2021, Nomadix offset 3,892 metric tons of CO2 emissions with the help of two partner organizations, BEF and Carbonfund.org to support renewable energy and forestry projects.

Rewards
If you purchased before our rewards launch date of 11.1.2022, we are unfortunately unable to grant past points to your account.
Rewards points will expire after 12 months of Rewards account inactivity. This means that if there is no change to your Rewards account balance (through either the addition or redemption of Rewards), all Rewards earned in the previous 12 months will automatically be removed from the account.
If the Rewards have already been redeemed, then you can use the code(s) at your leisure.
