Care
Care Instructions:
Wash with like colors before first use. Machine wash on cold with like colors. Hang to dry or tumble dry on low setting.
Eco-friendly tip:
Since Nomadix towels are quick-drying, bacteria that normally causes strong odors doesn’t have time to form! This means you can wash less frequently (unless heavily soiled). Make sure to hang dry to save energy!
Orders
If you don’t see the gift card in your primary inbox, please check your spam and promotions folders, as well as check that the email address entered at checkout was written correctly. Any issues? Contact us at hello@nomadix.co. We’re available Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm PT (excluding holidays) and will respond to your message as soon as possible.
If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store credit card information and cannot accommodate changes made after the order is placed including billing address updates.
If your order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to make any changes to your shipping address.

Shipping
All orders require an extra 1-2 business days to process. Business days are Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm PT (excluding holidays). The shipping methods listed at checkout only show the carrier's estimated transit time and does not include processing time.
Once shipped, standard orders will arrive within 7 business days and expedited orders will arrive within 3 business days. During times of high package volume, carriers may experience delayed or missing shipment scans while in transit. This may affect or change the estimated delivery date. Please check your tracking number for updates.
Incorrect addresses are not the responsibility of Nomadix. If you believe you have entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that as orders begin processing immediately we may not be able to make modifications once the order has been submitted, but we will do our best to accommodate the request. If your order has already shipped or is in the process of shipping, it is your responsibility to reach out to the carrier to redirect the shipment to the correct address.

We cannot make changes to a billing address.
Sustainability
The fabrics we use are certified by Global Recycle Standard, and the Nomadix MicroTerry and MicroSuede materials have a UPF50+ rating.
All of our products [ Original Towel, Mini Towel, Ultralight Towel, Bandana Towel, Changing Poncho, Poncho Towel, Festival Blanket, Puffer Blanket ] are made from 90%+ recycled material.

Returns
We apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not currently offer exchanges. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return an item purchased on Nomadix.co as long as it meets the following criteria:
- Merchandise must be unwashed, unused and unworn.
- Merchandise must be in the original packaging.
- Orders containing promotional merchandise and sales items are final sale. For holiday purchases & returns, please see the section below titled Holiday Purchases & Return.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- An order # as well as an email address or phone number must be provided with your return.
- Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from delivery date. For holiday purchases & returns, please see the section below titled Holiday Purchases & Return.
- We can only accept returns for items purchased directly on the Nomadix.co website.
How To Make A Return
Please read the return policy above before proceeding to the RETURNS PORTAL.. If your return does not meet the conditions listed in the return policy, then we will not be able to issue a refund and the item(s) will be donated. We recommend including your name and order number in the return package in case the label is damaged during transit.
All shipping charges are non-refundable. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
If you received an item that was defective or damaged during shipping, please proceed to the RETURNS PORTAL.

MAKE A GIFT RETURN:
To approve a return, we will need to know the order number & the email address or phone number associated with the original order. If you don’t have that info, please follow the link HERE, select “don’t have your order information?” and fill out the form OR you may email us at hello@nomadix.co with the following information and we’ll locate the order for you.
- the Gift Giver’s first & last name
- their email address and/or phone number
If you already have the above info on hand and would still prefer a different item, color or size, please send your original item(s) as a return to the below address. Please note that we do not provide a return label and customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs.
Please legibly include the following in the return package:
- your full name & email address
- the original order number
- the email address associated with the original order.
Nomadix is not responsible for lost return packages. We recommend retaining proof of your return shipment and insuring it so that you can file a claim in case it is lost or damaged during transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email with your refund. The refund will be given in the form of a discount code. If your item(s) do not meet the previously mentioned conditions then your refund may be rejected and the item(s) will be donated.

Due to shipping carrier delays, we are encouraging customers to place orders early this year to get gifts in time.
Standard shipping: Order. by 12/14 at 12pm PT
Expedited shipping: Order by 12/18 at 12pm PT.
We’re so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. Please use our RETURNS PORTAL. to report a defect and begin a refund request. You will be prompted to upload a photo of the damage for review.
