So I'm into a variety of exercises and do all kinds of different things on my mat, including some crazy HIIT moves and this Nomadix towel stayed throughout the workout! The other yoga mat towel I bought from a certain fancy yoga specific online store, and which was double in price, was so slippery that I nearly injured myself. Will definitely only be sticking to Nomadix towels from now on for my workout mat.
I also really love the wetlands design since I'm in Chicago's forest preserves all the time, and it's also great to be able to have designated spots on the towel for certain activities. IE, make sure hands stay on beavers and pelican during plank lol.
I highly recommend to Nomadix that they come out with even more designs, both nature inspired and others, so that we can have a variety of these great towels. I am always available to make recommendations:)
Nomadix towels are the best beach towels you will find. I purchased one about a year ago and immediately fell in love with it. The wateris absorbed nicely, leaving you completely dry. The towel itself dries quickly so you are not lugging around a soaking wet towel.
