This ice bandana came in handy for me when I strained my patella tendon. I put an ice pack inside it and wrap the bandana around my knee before bed. Keeps my knee cold until morning usually. Very handy!

How do I recycle Nomadix packaging?
Our cardboard shipping boxes are recyclable in the majority of residential curbside recycling bins. If your local recycling program does not accept this type of material, you can find a drop-off location near you HERE.
