What is your order minimum?
Order minimums depend on the product and the method. Heat transfer and embroidery runs start at 60 units. Tell us what you need and we'll lay out your options.
What is the turnaround?
Lead times range from 2 to 12 weeks depending on the project and method. Decoration on stock product is the fastest lane, and bespoke full-custom options take 10 to 12 weeks, with rush options available.
Do you offer design services?
Send your vector logo and brand assets, and our design team will create concepts for you in about 1 week.
Can you customize every Nomadix product?
Yes, every product can be customized with embroidery or heat transfer. Full custom sublimation is available on our towels, blankets, ponchos and select bags.
Can you customize the packaging too?
Yes, on full custom projects. Brand it head to toe, from the print on the product to the retail packaging wrapped around it.
Can you match our brand colors?
Send Pantone references and we'll match them. Your proof shows the match before production, so there are no surprises when your order delivers.
Do you keep our art on file for reorders?
Yes. Approved art and proofs always stay on file.
Can you ship to multiple locations?
We can. Split shipments and drop shipping are possible. Flag it on the form and we'll quote it for you.
What art files should I send?
- File format: Vector preferred (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg)
- Raster art: 300 dpi at final print size
- Color: CMYK, with Pantone references if you have them
- Bleed: 0.25 in on all sides for full print
- Type and lines: Outlined type, 0.25 in minimum for stitched text
- Placements: One file per placement, labeled
