Our rewards program is a tiered program that allows members to earn more perks the more they engage with us. Members receive rewards points for each purchase, that can then be redeemed towards the cost of future purchases.
You also earn points for referring friends, following us on social media, leaving product reviews, and are even gifted with bonus points just for having a birthday!
In addition to earning points, members have the chance to earn exclusive discounts for future purchases.

We made some updates to our website that affected how people login to their account.
When you log in to your account, you will be taken directly to your orders. If you are not creating a return and would like to navigate to the online store or to your rewards account, please select “Go To Store” in the upper right corner of the screen (desktop) or click the dropdown menu in the upper left corner and select "Go To Store" (mobile). Then select Rewards from the home page menu.

Be sure to redeem the highest tier possible to take advantage of the higher rewards as you will only be able to input one code at checkout. Codes cannot be combined or reversed once redeemed.
100 points = $5 dollars off.
Higher tiers in the VIP tier program earn more points at a quicker rate, but 100 points always = $5 dollar. For Example, as a Tier 1 Member, you will earn 1 point for every dollar you spend. So, if you spend $200, you'll earn 200 points = $10 off.
When you move up to become a Tier 2 Member, you will be earning points 1.25x as fast, ex. spend $200 → earn 450 points.
Tier 3 will earn 1.5x as fast. So when you spend $200 → earn 500 points.

Once an order has been submitted, modifications cannot be made.
Rewards points will expire after 12 months of Rewards account inactivity. This means that if there is no change to your Rewards account balance (through either the addition or redemption of Rewards), all Rewards earned in the previous 12 months will automatically be removed from the account.
If the Rewards have already been redeemed, then you can use the code(s) at your leisure.
Once points are removed from the account, this cannot be reversed.
Your VIP tier is determined by the amount you spend in a calendar year (Ex. Jan 1, 2023 – Dec 31, 2023).
To reach:
Tier 1, you just need to join.
Tier 2, you must spend $300.
Tier 3, you must spend $500.
Once you qualify, you will instantly move up and have access to that tier's perks through the rest of the current calendar year as well as the following calendar year. As you move up in the VIP Tiers, you will retain all benefits from your previous tier.
When you are signed into your rewards account, your home page will list all of the rewards tiers. Your current tier and perks will be highlighted with a box around it.
When your total points cross a tier threshold you will receive an email welcoming you into the new tier. If the tier that you have crossed into is either Tier 2 or Tier 3, this email will also include a unique coupon code for you to redeem your one-time rewards coupon. Keep in mind that coupons cannot be used in addition to the redemption of points or combined with other discounts or promotions.
