If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return an item purchased on Nomadix.co as long as it meets the following criteria:
- Merchandise must be unwashed, unused and unworn.
- Merchandise must be in original packaging.
- Promotional and sales items are final sale and are non-refundable.
- Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Order # must be provided with your return.
- Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from purchase date.
- Bundle Packs must be returned as a full bundle and cannot be returned as individual items. Failure to return the bundle as a whole or returning it with incorrect items may result in a denied refund. Items will not be returned and will be donated.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and we do not supply a shipping label. You may ship your item(s) back with the carrier of your choice. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping costs from the original order will not be included in your refund. If your return does not meet the conditions listed above, we will not be able to issue a refund and the items will be donated to a good cause.

Please include your name and a copy of your order number in the return package.
Nomadix is not responsible for lost return packages. We recommend retaining proof of your return shipment and insuring it so that you can file a claim in case it is lost or damaged during transit.
