Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping Policy
We offer free standard shipping within the U.S (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) on orders over $75.
Due to high order volume, orders may take longer than usual to ship. Orders will be processed and shipped within 4 business days. Once shipped, standard orders will arrive within 5-7 business days & expedited orders will arrive within 2-4 business days. Business days are Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm PT (excluding weekends and holidays).
Holiday Shipping Deadlines
Due to shipping carrier delays, we are encouraging customers to place orders early this year to get gifts in time.
Standard shipping: Order. by 12/13 at 12pm PT
Expedited shipping: Order by 12/20 at 12pm PT.
International Shipping

Return Policy
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return an item purchased on Nomadix.co as long as it meets the following criteria:
- Merchandise must be unwashed, unused and unworn.
- Merchandise must be in original packaging.
- Purchases on holiday promotions and sales are non-refundable.
- Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
- Shipping and handling charges and sales tax are non-refundable.
- Order # must be provided with your return.
- Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from purchase date.
Returns
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. If your return does not meet the conditions listed above, we will not be able to issue a refund and the package will be sent back.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you decide you'd prefer a different item, color or size, please send your original item as a return to the below address. All returned merchandise must be unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs. Once your item(s) are received, inspected and approved, you will receive a separate email containing your refund information. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 30 days.
